Hi, I’m Tim the founder of Fair Home Offer KC. At Fair Home Offer KC, our mission is to serve others through real estate in order to improve their financial lives. We feel passionate about helping our community members, and strongly value integrity and honesty in all that we do!
I was born and raised in a small town in Missouri called Auxvasse. I’ve loved the state ever since I was a little boy, and have fond memories of fishing and exploring on my grandma’s small farm out in the country. After finishing high school, I went to college (for way too long! 🙂 ) where I trained to be a food scientist. I wanted to help people by ensuring that the world had enough food to feed the growing population. But found myself working for large companies that were just out to make a quick dollar. My passion is helping others and being of service.
My other passions are riding motorcycles and real estate of course! I couldn’t stop thinking and learning about real estate while working as a scientist. So while working as a food scientist, I obtained my real estate license. I was living in Denver, Colorado at the time, and so got my real estate license there. I am not a real estate agent in Missouri but I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about agents or the traditional process.
I also started fixing up and selling the homes that I was living in. But I realized that Colorado lacked the small-town feel and charm that I loved as a boy in Missouri. So I started my company Fair Home Offer KC to get back to my midwestern roots. I’ve always loved the historic charm of Kansas City and the people there. I feel honored to help revive the homes and community around Kansas City!
